PDT - Definition 1

I am working on a document involving embedded password vulnerabilities and recalled the patch that Nortel provided for PDT. I located the Advisory Update, but it never defines the PDT acronym.

Is anyone here really, really certain they know what the acronym stands for? The only reference that I can find on the web refers to it as the "Problem Determination Tool" but I recalled that the acronym was "Patching ....."

I'd obviously prefer to have the Nortel definition for the acronym if someone has it.

That's why we come here to get the right answers. I too thought Problem something.... mainly because it's not used for just patch installation.
