PDF file to PPT form

Maybe I am just being dense here, but a member of my office recently saved a big PowerPoint slideshow to Acrobat form. How do I get it converted back to PPT form, salvaging all of the video and audio?

I doubt very much you can do this - you can't even save a PDF back to Word AND retain all the formatting - you have to go via RTF. Best bet would be to ask the person who originally created the PPT show for a copy of their PPT file.
