If that's not malware, then it's crapware bordering on malware.
Run CCleaner and clean out all the temp files
Run MalwareByte's anti-malware and remove what is found. Reboot.
Run Rogue Killer and let it clean things after a SCAN. Reboot
Run CCleaner registry cleaner. Run until no more errors or same errors are left. SAVE before each REPAIR
