I have two NT domains and I want to consolidate them to one Win 2003 AD domain. I have worked on the 1st domain and everything works perfectly.
I followed the same procedure in the 2nd domain but I am stuck because of an error.
Here's the actual text of the error on the screen
(nothing shows in event log):
"Either the source domain's primary domain controller
(PDC) has not been re-started after setting the
TcpipClientSupport registry key to 1 or the PDC could not
be contacted."
The PDC have been restarted several times, I have deleted the said registry key and created it again, still the error is still there.
Happens on the User Account screen after entering
credentials with admin rights on the source domain.
There is a trust between the AD domain and the NT 4.0 domain and I have validated that this trust is working.
Suggestions would be appreciated
