Is it possible to syncronize from palm pilot to desktop? or can you just sync fro desktop to palm pilot? if so how do you do it

"Syncronize" does just that - it works both ways. Are you using Palm's hotsync?

yes, but it is only sycronizing 1 way

Right click on the HotSync icon (in the system tray) and select 'Custom'. In this window you can change the action of any of your conduits.
