New on the job and discovered our Option 11c has not been backed up for some time. Verizon told me I can get a 16MB PCMCIA card for backup. Looked on the Nortel site and could not find detailed info. What should I get? There are Type I/II/III, Flash, etc type cards on the market and I'm not sure if there is a limitation on the size if I can't get a 16 that I may have to get a 32 or 64. Would appreciate thoughts on this, thank you...

Simple Technology compact flash Type 2 48mb would be plenty.

You really don't need it. In LD 143 you can perform an XBK command to cause a download of the PBX info to your PC. This saves you from having to buy the card and puts the backup software in an offsite location (your PC).

Thank you all for the information and will put it to good use.

It is true that a backup to your local PC is perfect.
But if you realy want to buy a PCMCIA card you can try to find a Billionton Systems Inc P/N ATHI-045B
It's a 45MB ATA Flash.

It could be a problem to find a PCMCIA that works, but this does.

I stick with the SanDisk's. They seem to work the best. Vikings are definate no-no's. Whatever you do, keep them at 64 or less for the least amount of problems. I think the actual max is 90MB though.
