PcMark score too low?

Have just spent loads on a Asus A7v333 Mobo, Athlon XP 2100 and 512MB DDR PC2700 Ram. I ran PCmark 2002 and i get a CPU score of just 4220, which is not much better than my old 533. Just wondering if there is something obvious that I'm missing here. I checked the BIOS and the processor is running at full. Any suggestions?

R U sure you R not comparing 2001 and 2002 PC Mark? Martin Just trying to help, sometimes falling short, I am only human after all.
