PCI Parity Error

I have a IBM Thinkpad A20M. All of the sudden, everytime I boot up, I get a "PCI Parity Error on Bus/Device/Function 0018h.0000h". Does it have something to do with POST? I am totally lost on this one. Any help will be appreciated.
