PCI Express Modem driver wanted

I need a driver for a PCI Express Modem The chips on the modem have
RL VOL 56DPF/SP
R6785-61
Rockwell 97
9816 B58940.2
Hong Kong

and

11229-14
Rockwell 97
9818 B63393.2
Korea

and the box has a number on it AC-5604. It is a V.90 and K56flex internal Data, Voice and Fax modem

any help would be much appreciated as every time I think that I have found a driver for this thing I am thwarted by dead links or some other crappy event.[neutral]
