PCI Compliance, transfer from ACD key to another key on the same phone 1

Bit of a strange one, but this is whats been requested.

Key 0 (acd) is currently recorded, when taking credit card details we would like the agents to be able to transfer the call to another key (same phone) that isn't recorded.

This works fine if Key 0 is a SCR, but not when it's ACD (get busy)

Course if anyone has any other ideas or smart ways of achieving a similiar system I'd love to hear that too.

Check the ACDN in LD 23, see if SDNB is set to yes
