I have several users using PCAnywhere over a VPN. They use the global vpn client which connects through a sonicwall pro 100. For some reason, every few minutes, the host kicks them off. They get some sort of message saying host disconnected or something to that effect. They can get right back on but they are kicked off again within a few minutes. We are using PCAnywhere 10 and 11

What version of Windows are the clients using? I had a similar issue with an XP client establishing a VPN to our network. Turns out that Internet Connection Sharing was the problem. Turned off ICS, no more disconnects. Microsoft has a KB article about this issue. Not sure if it's related, but may be worth checking into.

The HOST computer is running Windows 2000 and the remote computer that is always getting disconnected is running XP Pro.
