pcAnywhere (v10.5 on Windows 2000 SP3) keeps entering compatibility mode on my President's workstation. And his computer hardly needs to be using it as it's a P4 3Ghz, 1 Gig RAM, ATI FireGL 128MB!!
Symantec's "knowledge base" offered a few tidbits, but nothing helped. I'd restart and bam, back to compatibility mode -- which is so slow as to be almost useless.
I've tried getting him on TightVNC, which technically works, but has a lot of quirks he doesn't like.
Any suggestions? Anyone else have this happening?
