PcAnywhere 10.5 and XP Host problems

I have a users PC running Windows XP and PcAnywhere Ver 10.5.1 They can create a host to a static IP address and then connect to that Host 1 time. If they shutdown the host and try to reconnect it will just wait and then time out. If they setup another host to the same IP address it works once then the problem starts again. Any Ideas
