pca-dos v11 move to different hard drive

I've got pca on a secondary hdd, and I want to move it to the primary drive on the same machine. Anything I need to know? I just planned to give it a try, copying d:\pca onto c:\ and then adjust my shortcuts & other links. Then realized I might have trouble with things like ptprn, etc. Any suggestions?
