PC to LCD Monitor - Vertically

I am producing a menu system for a cafe that is going to be displayed on the LCD monitor mounted vertically on the wall. I understand I need a wxga video card but I am still a bit confused as to how to view my menu system the correct way on the monitor.
If anyone has any information it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

A lot of 'quality' gfx cards come with such a facility, or can install drivers that enable rotation by 90 degree turns, Omega drivers for Radeon, for instance.
