I'm new to this forum, so pardon me if this is the wrong section, or if this is "old hat" to some of you.....
I'm attempting to link to a call pilot Voice Mail system from my HP laptop. I'm running Windows 7 on this PC, and I'm using a "known good" crossover cable. However, when I type the Call Pilot IP address into the IE Explorer address bar, I don't go anywhere. There's no prompt for a password, or anything. When I follow the same procedure using an older laptop, running Windows XP (and using the same crossover cable) it works. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for your response. I thought it might have something to do with the difference between XP and Windows 7. In any case, I'll give this a shot and see what happens. Again, thank you.

I'm using Windows 7 and IE 9. Firefox will work fine too.
