PC Softphone

I have PC Softphone running in voip mode. I get the mic and volume controls and the user appears logged in fine. However when you try to make a call the number pops up briefly and then goes away. There isn't any indication of a call being made.

When I watch the call in monitor and system status I can see the short code get matched but the call just hangs there.

Internal calls fail as well.

I tried connecting directly to the ipoffice as well to help rule out any kind of lan problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

System? System software? Phone manager software level? You have the needed licences I assume and set to softphone in manager.

Have you tried pressing ALT+F6+P+V twice in a row?



Have you tried installing it on your personal laptop? Maybe it's a configuration issue with their PC's.
