PC powers on when Telphone Rings - Weird 1

Hi there - my brother-in-law has a P4 PC, running Windows XP Home, has a 56K internal modem and which is powered on whenever the phone rings. I can't find anything on the web and have never heard of this before.
I'd be grateful for any ideas folks.

BIOS setting can't remember which at the moment. I'll see if I cna remember

The 56k modem is running off the phone line and it has a setting to wake or the phone is causing this to happen because of a setting, so just check all the settings and you should find the one causing this problem.

on some MB's its called PME Event Wake up and will be under Power management setup
