My monitor was bland, I'd no beeps or vedio. I tried everything then gave up, but today I turned on the PC and it works perfectly. Would a power supply recover itself after 3 months. I really believe it was power supply so I bought a new one, but didn't installed it.

More likely the OS figured it out. One of the advantages or the P&P environment and the hardware installer.
