PC Extremelly slow and very unresponsive

I have a Dell Dimension 4500 and it is extremmely slow, very annoying and so un-responsive.

Anyway I can send anything over so that somebody can take a look and advise.

Do you run defragmenter regularly?

How much memory do you have in the pc?

Do you know what size your page-file is? (ask if you need instructions on finding this)
