I just upgraded my motherboard and CPU. I was working on the OS install when all of a sudden the unit just shuts down. I tried to power it back up nothing! I opened the case and looked at my fans, and tried to power it back up nothing???? I assume this would be a power supply problem. Any one elese experienced this, or know if something elese is causing this.

Sounds like the PSU... Not sure what you upgraded from, but maybe the new mobo and proc are trying to draw more current than the old one, and the PSU just decided it had had enough. Temporarily disconnect all drives, unplug any addtional cards, and see if it will start. Otherwise try the PSU on the old mobo just to make sure...

Thanks for the Info. I have a 300w PSU that was running, with a 1.2 AMD Athlon. I will try unplugging some of the internal componets.

Thanks
