PC Console - Update extensions

I'm looking for someone who can tell me how the names and information associated with each extension number get updated in PC Console. I always thought that was automatic when I made a change in the Definity system. However, our receptionist just left the company and the lady filling in for her noticed that some of the names in PC Console are not correct in comparison to the Definity system. How do these get updated?

If you have to do a lot of changes, you have to build you a database and import that. I'm not familiar with the PC Console but maybe there is an option to export a database so you can see how to build it.
Some changes you can do from the console itself.
