PBX to offer as an MSP to SMB

Hi all,

Looking for opinions on what PBX to sell to my SMB customers. Previously Panasonic, tried Avaya but couldn't get past the constantly increasing licencing costs and availability issues in Australia.

Now trying Yeastar P-Series Cloud and Software Editions, seems solid and customers like the pricing, but just wanted to hear from others about what they're liking atm.

Also, what handsets have people found to be good value and build quality besides the Yealinks? Want to stand out a little

So how much is the P-Series phone system? How much is it next year and the year after?

BTW My customer with an 8-year old U series got a giant shock when the system was struck by lightning. It didn't take out the U box, but the Neogate gateways seem to be made of outofstockium. The S series was better for the small guy; you paid one price and it was yours to keep.

I switched to Grandstream UCM's. So far, good luck with them, free remote access to the 63xx family and GCC601x and soon to be 602x units. There is also a Software UCM series, but that also has annual licensing plans.

Do you want On-Premise solutions or cloud solutions?
Yeastar & Grandstream are great and the pricing is good.
Both have cloud options & On-premise.

Our market went to Grandstream from Panasonic.
Denpending on our clients needs, i choose from Yeastar, Grandstream or FreePBX(Like Sangoma).
No complaints whatsoever.
