Does anyone know if it is possible for a Siemens PBX to sned over ANI across a Tie Line? I am looking be able to display the calling PBX extension when a PBX phone dials to the Aspect.

Yes, I did it in two locations with Hicom 300's. No issue at all.

What did you have the framing and codeing set as? Right now it is not being passed with our current configuration.

I've got the same issue, but we have Nortel PBXs. Could the issue be with which switch handles the timing?

what kind of trunks/protocols do you use?
we use ISDN (E1) Q.SIG to connect Aspect with Hicom 300. It works fine using DSS1 (EuroISDN), too
It works in both directions. Master/slave-config should matter.

We use PRIs to connect to our Option 81C PBXs (National ISDN-2, ESF, B8ZS).

You need a D-channel on the tie line, don't you? In my set-up, I have an Option 11 and a 400R with a tie line, but no D-Channel.

Yes, our tie lines have D-channels.
Sorry, don't know about the in-band signaling and cannot test anything now, worked with M1 until 1997...
