We are about to upgrade a pbx from sucession 3.0 to 5.5
A call pilot 4.0 to 5.0
and symposium 5.0 to 6.0

Can I get some opnions on whether it is worth getting the 3 year SRS package from Nortel on each of these systems, or should i get one over the other, or even get it at all on any of them ?
We are not a site that needs to be ahead of the curve, as long as things are working, they are best left alone is pretty much the policy here. No major changes are planned.

Does anyone have an educated guess on when either the
PBX 5.5
Call Pilot 4.0
or Symposium 6.0 will meet their respective EOL's ??

Many thanks for your input.

Well ... I would want CC7 as they have the new GUI drag-n-drop scripting which would be TONS easier with training.
Better yet, I would look at getting the SIP SCS if I were running the show. Check that out if you haven't yet.

Based on what's happening with Nortel and with the last few years we haven't put our SRS to good use which means it was money wasted. Everyone is really in a holding pattern with the latest Avaya-Nortel news.

Best of luck.
