PBL corruption by Novell?

We use a Novell network. I am using PB6.0 and PB7.0. I store my .PBL files on our servers and occasionally find that a PBL gets corrupted such that it can be opened and the funtionality is partially there but a datawindow may get "lost" or the SQL doesn't convert to graphics in the IDE.

Sometimes a complete regeneration rescues these PBLs but usually I have to start over with a backup copy.

We've also been seeing corruption of Access97 and Word documents when opened from the mapped Novell drives but not when copied down to the local drive.

Has anyone seen this kind of problem? Any solution?
