Path / File Access Error - Very Urgent...

hi guys

last night when i was working all of a sudden my comp went off... and the form on which i was working got crashed. now when i am trying to add that specific form to my project it gives me the following error:

Path / File access error "C:\Spenta\frmCirculation.frm"

How do i get back my form working, coz i did loads of coding in it.... pls help i have to deploy the app. in a day or two..

.FRM files are only text files. You can try opening the file in Notepad and copy and paste as much as you can into a new file.
