Pasteboard problems

With PM3 for Mac: What do I do to keep the graphics from falling out of the Pasteboard? Every time I open up the app the graphics are missing, and there are grey icons with tech info. Another question: What do I do to empty the Pasteboard pages of unwanted graphics?
