I am trying to use the "paste link" function in Microsoft Word to link to another Word document, the source. This source document has more than one page.

The link does not display all 3 pages, but "cuts off" at one page, and I do not see all the info from the source document, only one page worth.

How can I include all 3 pages, the link stops at one page.

Have you tried inserting the document?

Click Insert, File and navigate to the document you want

Hi nberryman, thanks for the tip. I used that approach, and now I can get the entire file linked. However, it is not automatic. I have to go into "Edit > Links", to update the new information.

If I click on "Edit>Links", the "Automatic" radio button is greyed out, and cannot be selected.
