Does Avaya customarily keep the inads and craft passwords? I have a customer that doesn't know then, but does have the cust password. Is it possible to have them reset?

Also, where can I buy a replacement keyboard for the 715 terminal on the switch?
Thanks

The craft, inads, and init passwords are the property of Avaya and will not be shared. If you have a maintenance contract with Avaya you can purchase the features that add station & trunk and processor & system maintenance permissions for $60.00 (US). These permissions put you on a technician level and are well worth the money.

I think I have that permission as I have been able to add stations. Is there a way to verify it?
Thanks for the help!

You have these commands if you can busy out a station or trunk member. Try the busy command if it works your set.
