I know a password that works in there but Iam not sure what it is for. All I can seem to do with it is get the different voice prompts used in the voice mail. Nothing of interest to us.

I did not know about the hidden menu. Can anyone expand on the information? I may never need it, but I don't need to VPN to a BCM and I do that too. With Nortel we need all of the information we can get.
