Password Trouble!!!!!!!

I'm in a dilemma here. I've got my access database which I've recently created, password protected but unfortunately I've forgotten the password. Can anyone help??

Thanks for that Bobbster 2000 but that link cannot be found, I've tried the shifk key holding down situation and the last member who found a solution didn't have any explanation.
