Sure, login to Meridian Mail as administrator, choose choice 1 (User Administration), then choice 1 again (Local Voice User), select the soft key associated with (View / Modify)in my case that's F3 (using Procomm Plus), enter the VM box number. Press the soft key associated with (Change Password)for Procomm Plus that would be F4, enter the password, press enter, enter the password again, press enter, then press the soft key for (save), for me that is F1 in Procomm Plus. Exit administration, you're all done.
