Password recovery on a BayStack 450-24T

Is there a hard coded backdoor password then that is generated off of the MAC address? Seems like a security flaw. I hope that the MAC address keyed password only works from a console connection, otherwise anyone that can read the mac off the back can get into the switch, without having to physically connect.
