When I put a passwork button into a form...it does not work logically.

Suppose the password is "1234"

If someone type in "xxxx" Frontpage displays a message -- please enter a field with the value of "1234".

I tried to add a page to go to if the form data is wrong, but this only opens if the password is left blank.

Anyone have any ideas?

G. There is no such thing as a password button in HTML, there is a password field, which shows **** as you type, but the password does not exist until it is typed, a password field does not automatically check a password that is typed.
You can do this with Javascript, but them someone just views the source of your page and reads the password and types it in.

Russ Michaels
russ@satachi.com
<a href= Internet Development
For my personal book recommendations visit
