password expired

After summer holiday, Lots of user find their password expired. Does have any method
let them logon again and need not change their password one by one(too much!)

install ADSI on a workstation, write a little application in vbscript or visual basic, and you can change all properties of the SAM with very little code...
(so you can turn of the 'change password at next logon' item) I have not failed, I just found 10000 ways that don't work
