Is there any way of granting a normal user the ability to change passwords in domain user manager without making them a member of domain admins. I know it can be done in 2000 but can it be done in NT 4.

I think if you make them a member of 'account administrators' they will be able to make changes in user manager. However, this will also give them the priviledge of adding and removing computers to/from the domain. If someone annoys you, walk a mile in their shoes. That way you'll be a mile away from them, and you'll have their shoes )
