Password change on next logon

I have about 2500 users that connect to a Win2K DC. I need for all of them to change there passwords on next logon because right now they all just have a default password. Is there a way I can do this to all users at once so i don't have to go into each users account profile and tell it to change on next logon. There has to be an easier way. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

In domain security policy, set the maximum passwork age to several days, and then notify all dept managers to let all employees know that they need to change their password soon!
