Password change is required.

Hi All

No user is logging in successfully on Accpac. The system keep saying "password change is required." for every users.
Accpac 60; MSQL server 2008 database.

Please advice

Login as ADMIN, go to Administrative Services/Users and fix it.

We even crate a new user with no luck. We are still getting the same message.

What happens when you change the user's password?

Uncheck the box that says "user must change password at next logon".

The problem was in the database setup > security. The server IP was wrong. Thanks for supporting.

You should be using the server name, not the IP.

Ditto, you should never use an IP address.
