passing username and password to secured db

Hello,
I am trying to programmatically open up a secured access db from an excel module and run a macro contained in the db, but I am having trouble figuring out how to pass the username and password to the db without the login dialog. Does anyone have any experience with this and would be able to provide some sample code I can work from?
