We are using smart trunks for incoming service. We have just added an IVR on a DS1 card. We assigned the a trunk group to the DS1 card with 24 trunks. The IVR looks for DNIS Digits that come across so that it knows which IVR Message to play to callers. If we setup a toll free number with 4 digit DNIS, will we be able to pass the actual DNIS across to a different trunk group than what it comes in on?
