All,

Thanks for the help before another outstanding issue I have is:

We have an Option 11
VERSION 2111
RELEASE 22
ISSUE 46 +

I also have a rightfax server that has a 2 Port ISDN Card in.

What I need is to send multiple numbers to the 2 isdn ports. When RF recieves these numbers it routes them to mailboxes. The Routing Code that RF uses is the Original DDI that the client sent the fax to.

eg.
fax number is 555-1234
isdn no is 4567
RF uses 1234 to route the fax to users mailbox.

client sends fax to 1234
1234 is set as an acd q with 0 users and ncfw to 4567.

what should happen is that when the fax reaches 4657 it should still have the ddi 1234 but it does not, within RF it only shows the 4567 and the fax cannot be routed.

Any help appreciated.
I have had our service provider look at this and they are still looking 2 months later.

I'm sure this is not a RF issue as we have tested on another site with this rf server and it worked fine.

thanks
