We are putting in a new Intervoice IVR, and due to limitations in the total amount of Logged in ACD Agents, will have to configure the IVR hunt group to be non-ACD. Call handoff works like a charm. The only thing I'm curious about is how do I pass ANI/DNIS info to the Intervoice without using converse stepping in a vector (which requires Skill/ACD)? The ports to the IVR are line-side T1 ports.
