This has been brought up before, but I can't find it in the archives... Here is the scenario:
1. A call comes in to Facility A over a standard ISDN T-1.
2. The agent answering the call receives the caller's ANI.
3. The agent transfers the call to Facility B.
4. The call is routed over an IP trunk to facility B, but Caller ID doesn't stay with the call. Is it possible to have the ANI stay with the call?

Thanks

Do you have all of the caller ID features turned on, in the 2nd page of the trunk group?

Also on your sys features, make sure you have send isdn trunk name on tademn calls as N.

What is site B showing?

Site B is identical. What should be in the ISDN Public Numbering format screen? I currently have it set to send the 4 digit dialing extension? Is there a change I have to make to include a 10-digit number?

And Yes, DCS is turned on.
