Hello,

Long time troll first time poster! Looking for some expert assistance!

The business I'm with would like to create a "host hotline" that will ring 8 phones at once six times, and if no answer route to a staffed operator(number) during a certain time of day and have a "closed announcement" if not in that certain time of day.

I created a cover path(73) with point 1 going to "c5"(cover group 5)
I created a cover answer group(5) with 8 stations.
I created a VDN(x1999)Host Hotline
I created a Vector(14)Host Hotline
I created a virtual station(x1998)Host Hotline that goes to cover path 73
I created a "closed" announcement(39737)

I wrote the vector, but the problem i'm having is people calling into the VDN(x1999) on all 8 ringing phones it shows the calling party's ID on the caller ID, how can I make all eight phones when ringing display the VDN name on the caller id instead?
