Passing a percentage sign and spaces in the URL 1

Dear sir/madam,

Is it possible to pass along spaces and a percentage in the URL? I'm not succeeding in this, so I'm beginning to think that this is not possible.

e.g.:

http://<server>?b_action=0.1%

DMSO

Yes it is. Use the Server.UrlEncode and Server.UrlDecode functions.
