I successfully implemented PASSFILT.DLL 18 months ago.
This week I discovered users had simple passwords and were not being stopped. I have implemented a new PDC since the success but mirrored the settings on the new server.I suspect the secure password failures would coincide with the new PDC going online.
I have checked & re-checked registry settings plus re-installed SP6A - nothing works.
I cannot think what else to try, anyone else come across this?
