Pass dates to chart in excel

I currently have two text boxes on my form that I am
pointing to in a query. They are StartDate and EndDate.
The query runs and retrieves data based on these two dates.
I then transfer the query results to Excel that
automatically updates a chart. What I would like to somehow
do is pass the StartDate and EndDate so it would appear
on the Chart possibly in the title. Does anyone have any
knowhow on this?
