I know very little about the Partner product, but I can follow directions. I want to program some external lines to be answered by the Partner Voice Messaging PC Card after 4 rings. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

Go to Avaya's website and download the Installation Guide for the Partner Voice Messaging. The guide is a reasonably easy read.
Chapters 3->5 are the major ones, but the other chapters are quite helpful too.

You program the lines to be answered by the Partner PC Voicemail card's AA under #206, 7, 01 (for line 1) - then press "next data" to make it assigned - now press "next item" for line 2 and repeat - as necessary.
Then under #506, 1 (for Day mode), 01 (for line one) - press next data until you get the rings up to 4 - press "next item" for line 2 - and repeat, etc.
Press Feature 00 - once finished to exit.
