Partner V/S main greeting set up 2

We are having a hard time changing the main greeting on our system. We have change it when all lines are busy, but we can not change it when someone first calls in.

When all lines are busy it probably gets answered by extension 10's mailbox. To change the AA greetings: go off hook, dial 777, then *7, then 99#, then 1234#(default password), then 9 to go to system management, then 3 for the AA greetings, then 1 for day or 2 for night.

Also do not forget to enter *# at the selector code entry (if you are just rerecordiing the greeting) and when finished or your menu changes will not be saved.
